Still using spreadsheets?

We've got nothing against spreadsheets per se, in fact runplan imports and exports plans via spreadsheet. Its just that actually driving your plan from them is not the best way to go.

Designed and built by a runner, for runners.

The image shows my plan for my first marathon - London 2016. My goal was 4:20 and I was really happy to finish in 4:25 (you can see the PF injury in week 16).

I built runplan to get me through my first marathon and, 1700 miles later and counting, my running schedule is now just part of my life. Having a plan, even just for base training or maintenance really helps me keep my motivation up.
